Wave Armor is R&J Machine's polyethylene product line. Different construction and aesthetic from R&J's aluminum offerings, rotomolded polyethylene with marine-grade EPS foam inner structure. The result is a dock system that's lighter, easier to install, and carries a distinct look compared to aluminum truss.
The product line includes modular Wave Docks with Flagstone-textured deck surface, drive-on PWC and boat ports (Pro through SLX series), Kayak Launches for easy on/off-water access, Kayak Racks for shoreline storage, and Otter Swim Rafts in 8x10 foot sizes. For customers who prefer polyethylene over aluminum, or who want to mix both in their waterfront setup, Wave Armor fills the gap.

Neither is strictly better. Wave Armor is lighter, polyethylene construction, different aesthetic. Aluminum R&J is stronger per pound, more configurable, and feels more "permanent." Choose based on your property and what you actually want.
Are Wave Armor products UV-stable? expand_more
Yes. Rotomolded with UV-stabilized polyethylene resin. Otter Swim Rafts and Wave Docks hold colour well over years of sun exposure.
Do Wave Armor Ports work with any PWC? expand_more
